LUMINARIES INFO:

FHK Neighbors,

Luminaries will be held on Tuesday, December 24th , starting at 10am.
Please join your neighbors in helping fill and distributing the luminaries while enjoying some bagels, coffee, and festive cheer. 🥯☕😀
🕯️We’ll meet at the cul-de-sac by Meadowlark Park. Bring a small container to scoop sand.
🕯️Call for trucks! If you’ve got one, we will need you to help load up kids and bags to distribute the luminaries around the neighborhood. 🛻

LUMINARIES INSTRUCTIONS:
🕯️There will be two candles per bag. Light ONE candle on the evening of December 24th. Light the luminaries in front of your house and help your neighbors (and down by the park!).
🕯️On the evening of December 25th, light the OTHER candle in the bag.
🕯️Bags will be picked up on the morning of December 26th. If possible, please park cars in your driveway rather than on the street on the nights of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

ANNUAL MEETING

Save the Date!

Based upon popular demand, our FHK HOA Annual Meetings will alternate between In-Person gatherings one year, followed by a Zoom meeting the next.  This will allow us to have a block party in the summer on alternate years.

The next annual HOA meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7:00 pm on Zoom.  Zoom details will be provided closer to the date. Each household that participates in the meeting will receive a Thank You gift.   To be eligible for the gift, you must attend the Zoom meeting. We kindly ask you to RSVP by replying to this email at your earliest convenience to assist us with the gift order.

There will be one open position on the board, for Secretary.  We have a notice from one of our neighbors who is interested.  If you are also interested in joining the board as our secretary, please let us know prior to the meeting as a vote will be taken during the call.

We will provide an agenda prior to the meeting, and if you have a subject that you would like addressed, please let us know by December 31st, 2025.

SAFETY
Crime does happen around the holidays, so sharing a gentle reminder to be vigilant, to be aware, and to help each other during the holiday season (and always). A few tips:

🟢 If you plan to be away from your home for an extended period of time, consider informing your neighbors and friends so they can keep a watch or help with garbage cans or mail.

🔴 Ask a neighbor to get your packages or mail if you are not home.

🟢 Please watch for any suspicious activity and report to the Pleasanton PD non-emergency number +1-925-931-5100.
