LUMINARIES

As many of you know, we are now under a new stay-at-home order for this month.  Unfortunately, this will affect our neighborhood luminaries tradition as gatherings are prohibited.

The Board is trying to find a creative way to continue this beloved tradition while still adhering to the guidelines.  To gauge interest, we would like to propose a sign-up list to fill bags and/or to load and deliver them around the neighborhood.  Families can sign up for a 25-minute time slot to fill bags or a 40 min slot to distribute bags.  During the assigned time, you would work with just the members of your household and not be in contact with others.  There will be two locations for sand-filling and one delivering truck each hour.

Please see the attached sign-up sheet, and if interested in helping, sign-up for a time by this Sunday, Dec. 13th.  We will make the final decision about whether to hold the event based on the interest and number of slots filled by then.  Thank you for your participation.

SAFETY

Just a reminder as we approach this holiday season to be extra vigilant about picking up your mail each day and bringing in packages from your porch.  Our neighborhood has unfortunately had occurrences of theft in the past, especially during this time of year.
