4pm until the fun stops
Setup Sat 11AM; Cleanup Sun 9:30AM

This is our annual neighborhood block party. The association will supply the meats and beverages, each homeowner should bring their own dish which can serve at least 10 people. Make sure any items you loan out to the party have your name on it.

We’ll have:
• Music, with evening dancing for the adults!
• A jump house (and something else that’s neat) for the kids. The Jump house and other items should be up around 1pm. Parents, please plan on watching your kids as these things can be dangerous for unsupervised children.
• Horseshoes and lawn bowling.

We’ll need:
• Volunteers! Contact our volunteer coordinator.
• Need (a young) volunteer to make neighborhood signs (I’d like these up a week before the party)
• Trash cans for garbage at the park.
• Large tables for food setup.
• Coolers.
• Firewood for our evening circle of friends.
• People for cleaning up the day after at 9:30am. There are always too few people helping setup and cleanup. With enough people, this could get knocked out in under an hour. If you’ve enjoyed our parties and the neighborhood camaraderie in the past, please help out!
