We experienced a couple of leaks this year and contacted three roofers, Heritage Roofing, Knight Roofing and Trigon.  Both Heritage and Knight were uninterested in repair.  Trigon came out quickly and went up on the roof to provide an evaluation.  (Heritage did not go on the roof but provided a 'ballpark' on replacing a section of the roof and Knight did not come out).  Once Gary was on the roof he found a broken tile and replaced it.  He was unable to guarantee this was the source, however after looking and moving a few tiles around felt pretty confident this was the problem. 

 

Trigon was out quickly, did not attempt to sell us a roof and went onto the roof to actually see what the problem was instead of attempting to solve from the ground.  All in all a very straightforward guy (company) at a fair price.
